Day 27 - Lee Vining, California

Today is errand day...laundry, blog, etc.
So I will talk about yesterday and how good it was some more!   Did I mention my ride?   Oh I did?  Hmmm...it was so so so much fun.  Did I mention my campsite?   Oh well.  What a super day.
I camped at 9000 feet last night, didn’t realize it until I left this morning - frozen to death.   I think I’ll pay attention to the elevation next time.
I watched for bears in my camp because there were signs with bear warnings everywhere.  I was chanting “bear, bear, bear” trying to draw them in.   I’ll keep chanting I guess...I want to see one so bad.

I set out this morning to spend the day in Lee Vining, but it sucks.  Everyone I met looked at me funny and was a bit rude, maybe it was me (I even checked myself to make sure I didn’t have something weird stuck to my face) I thought I was in a pretty good mood this morning.   So...I left.
Found a little place back up the road called “Virginia Creek Settlement” and rented a covered wagon for $29.  :)   LOL.
Suck it Lee Vining.
Tomorrow onto Yosemite.
