Found the sweetest campground today, it’s BLM land along the Pacific Crest Trail, at the end of Hyatt Lake. It is a hiker campground with parking less than 100 feet away...There’s firewood stacked up by the campsites (mine already had a fire in pit)...
it has a fantastic shower and bathrooms and the best part...
all for $2 per night! Nice. I pretty much moved in here for a while. Tomorrow I float the lake.
I thought for sure I would be down for a couple of days after my hiking debacle yesterday but with aspirin as my savior, I woke up feeling awesome.
